The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks related to the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
