Hourly rate ranges from $18.26 to $18.51 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Position Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks related to the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Work up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
