7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in New Jersey. This role offers full-time hours and a fast-paced environment focused on customer service excellence, coaching and developing staff, and executing merchandising programs.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty program.
• Strong written and oral communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer service delivery.
• Coach and train store staff and identify future leaders.
• Assist in executing merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program.
