Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead frontline teams and drive a high-energy customer experience in-store. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and help deliver sales results while maintaining store operations and standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a community-focused retail team that values hustle and ownership.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and ownership to drive customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly while following SOPs.
• Take an owner/operator mindset and address issues to maintain standards.
• Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
