Qualifications

Proven leadership abilities to direct trainees and staff.
Experience delivering customer service with a professional approach.
Strong communication skills across all levels of staff and customers.
Basic math skills to count change and reconcile money.
Must pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof for drivers.

Responsibilities

Fulfill the Sandwich Artist job description.
Monitor productivity and adjust employee hours as needed.
Inventory and paperwork as needed.
Complete coupon log, spot checks and post close reconciliation during shifts worked.
Food Ordering as needed.
Track food rotation in cooler, freezer and dry goods.
Open and close the store successfully.
Complete a catering order when required.
Bake bread according to Subway standards.
Collaborate with Store Manager on shift coverage.
Maintain Subway and Health Department standards.
Attend new promotional Window calls as requested.
Cash handling.
On-the-job training for new employees.
Monitor trainees and update training logs and requirements.
Support employees with how-to tasks and foster store culture.
