7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead daily store operations. You will work with the Store Leader to train, coach, and develop staff while delivering exceptional customer service and managing merchandising initiatives.

The role offers full-time hours with opportunities for advancement, a focus on leadership development, and a compensation package including benefits and performance incentives.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with Retail Management experience.
• 1 year of Retail Management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants, empower employees, and drive retention and productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure shelves are in stock and presentable.
