Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a positive customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans from Associate Insight survey results and communicate to staff.
• Identify store opportunities with department heads and implement timely solutions.
• Model excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Oversee total store operations in the store manager’s absence.
• Help meet weekly, period, and annual sales, wage, and profit budgets.
