Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to help oversee store operations, drive performance, and deliver exceptional Guest service with a focus on safety and team development.

You will mentor team members, manage performance, and ensure training, inventory control, and merchandising standards are met daily. The role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a commitment to our guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 6 months in a management/leadership role or 1 year of college/technical school in business management or related field; completion of the LIT program also fulfills this requirement.
• Responsible for hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members daily.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and documentation for performance management.
• Greet Guests and ensure high-quality service while upholding safety and standards.
• Drive store performance metrics and overall business growth.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and staff development.
