Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Glendale, AZ. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise, and operations while developing Teammates and creating an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, leading in the store manager's absence, and executing Buckle’s sales and training standards. Prior retail experience and a passion for fashion are helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience.
• Experience in training Teammates and leading by example is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high levels of customer service.
• Maintain and build Guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
