What You Bring

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and promoting productivity.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Strong communication skills, computer proficiency (Word, Excel), and a High School diploma or GED (preferred) or 1+ years retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to multi-task, and lift up to 50 pounds.
