Candidate Requirements

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; relevant management experience can substitute.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
