Retail Assistant Manager

What you bring:

• Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in maintaining high employee retention, developing leaders, and empowering staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance are required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
