Qualifications

• Ability to lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and empowering staff
• Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience if not
• Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
