Retail Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager who enjoys working as part of a management team and has previous supervisory experience. This role involves supporting the Store Leader in overseeing daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, and leading the team effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in managing store operations and staff.
  • Providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Handling cash transactions and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Valid Driver’s License and automotive insurance (if applicable).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
