What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, development, and empowerment.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing programs, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotion.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure product availability.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a High School diploma or GED (preferred) or equivalent retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
