GPM Investments, LLC in Jacksonville, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4709. You will support the Store Manager, oversee cash handling, customer service, and daily operations to keep the store energized and running smoothly on each shift.

Open availability is required with weekends and holidays, often second or third shifts. You’ll lead a team, manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and have opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Open availability required for weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proof of auto insurance and ability to transport cash deposits.
• Strong communication in English and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules and daily cash handling.
