Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development.
• Maintain a positive attitude and create an environment that nurtures morale, friendliness and fun.
• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by caring and patience in interactions.
• Set store standards for service, cleanliness, professionalism and profitability.
• Monitor sales, labor, and inventory metrics to meet profitability goals.
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales, shrink, and operational performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with Store Director to develop growth and efficiency strategies.
• Coordinate recruiting, hiring, orientation, and training of store employees and reflect community diversity.
• Represent the company positively and participate in community activities.
