Role Description

The Assistant Store Director at Bobbles & Lace, LLC is a part-time- full time , on-site role based in Boulder, CO, responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. This role includes supervising store opening and closing procedures, managing visual merchandising, monitoring inventory, and supporting sales floor activities. The Assistant Store Director leads and coaches the team to deliver high-quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and uphold brand standards. Day-to-day tasks involve scheduling and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries and escalations, maintaining store cleanliness, presentation and brand standards and executing local marketing or promotional initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with company leadership to implement operational best practices and support ongoing training and development.

• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods.
