Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking an assistant storage manager to run daily center operations in the General Manager’s absence and supervise a team to deliver top-notch customer care.

The role includes making quick decisions to allocate resources and handling duties such as hitch installations. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in any form.
• Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.
