U-Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager to step into bigger responsibilities and help run daily center operations. You will work closely with the team, make quick decisions to allocate time and resources, and ensure customers receive outstanding service.

This role offers hands-on learning through U-Haul education and opportunities for career advancement, with a strong focus on customer care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Leadership experience in any form
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work a variety of shifts

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager's absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive excellent first impression and high-quality care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
