Job summary

U-Haul is seeking an Assistant Storage Manager in Aubrey, TX to oversee daily center operations in the GM’s absence and lead a team to deliver top-quality customer care.

You will allocate resources, guide staff, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education to support operations and safety. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in any form.
• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence.
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high quality of care.
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
