Job summary

• Ensure compliance with SkyHop safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, safety performance, and client expectations.
• Partner with Dispatch, Safety, Recruiting, HR, and Operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Station Manager to lead our Portland operation. This is a true player-coach role—approximately 50% of your time will be spent driving, supporting the operation, and leading your team from the front.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily station operations and ensure reliable, on-time service
• Drive approximately 50% of the time, transporting airline crew members
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Drivers and station team members
• Manage staffing, schedules, attendance, and daily operational needs
• Ensure compliance with SkyHop safety standards and company policies

Driver Requirements

Because this position requires regular driving, candidates must:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving record and meet SkyHop Global driver eligibility requirements
• Be able to pass all required background checks, drug screening, and driving requirements
• Be comfortable driving a passenger van and transporting airline crew members
• Maintain safe driving standards and comply with all SkyHop Global safety policies
• Be available to drive and support the operation days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
