Job summary

SkyHop Global LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Assistant Station Leader to support our fast‑paced LAX operation. You’ll lead daily activities, coach drivers, and ensure safety and service standards in a 24/7 environment.

This on-site role offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus a monthly bonus, plus medical, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and clear career pathways toward Station Leader and Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership or management experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, or fast-paced service environments.
• Hands-on leader with field presence and ability to support frontline teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to resolve issues and make decisions in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to work 24/7/365 including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety best practices (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of a 24/7 airline crew transportation operation in the LA market.
• Coach and develop driver team members to sustain performance and engagement.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and workflows to meet service commitments.
• Promote safety by complying with DOT regulations, airport requirements, and policies.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues.
• Foster strong relationships with airline partners and team members.
• Serve as on‑site operational leader in the Station Leader’s absence.
• Support continuous improvement for efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
