Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of management experience in transportation, logistics, or similar operations with large-team leadership.
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to the operations team ensuring safe, efficient service.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, and daily dispatch operations.
• Lead and motivate teams of drivers and dispatchers.
• Monitor KPIs and client satisfaction metrics.
• Drive recruiting and training initiatives.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and compliance documentation.
