What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and instruction to operations teams regarding RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
- Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
- Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct analysis and compliance reporting to identify risks and compliance gaps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical ability and proven ability to work independently in a decentralized environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
