What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and guidance to operations teams regarding RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
- Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
- Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Assist the Sourcing Leader in managing priorities and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct analysis and compliance reporting to identify risks and compliance gaps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
