Assistant Spa Manager

Hand & Stone is a national company specializing in massages and facials. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand leads in the membership-based spa services industry.

Our busy Bryn Mawr, PA, location seeks an Assistant Manager to Welcome, Empower, and Connect with clients, providing the ultimate spa experience by ensuring Members enjoy the best hour of the month and encouraging new clients to join as members by making massages or facials part of their self-care ritual.

The Assistant Manager leads the Spa Ambassador Team to meet sales goals and collaborates with the Spa Manager to uphold our Culture of Excellence.

This role involves evening shifts, Saturdays, and 2-3 daytime shifts, totaling 24-30 hours weekly.

To qualify, you should possess the following Skills & Traits:

• Commissioned Sales Experience is REQUIRED, preferably in a membership-based setting
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and providing exceptional service
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality work
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer proficiency, including POS systems; Zenoti knowledge is a plus
• Genuine enthusiasm and authenticity
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to drive sales and engage customers effectively
• Punctuality and reliability
