Assistant Manager to Welcome, Empower, and Connect with our clientele to provide the ultimate spa experience by ensuring our Members are enjoying the best hour of the month, and to encourage new clients to become members by making a massage or facial a part of their monthly self-care ritual.
Our
Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the Spa Ambassador Team to achieve the sales goals of the spa, and works with our Spa Manager to realize the spa’s Culture of Excellence.
The
Assistant Manager position includes one evening, Saturdays, and 2-3 day shifts for a total of 24-30 hours.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following
Skills & Traits:
- Commissioned Sales Experience is a MUST, preferably in a membership-based environment
- Communication: Communicate with clients and provide exceptional service in a professional and personable way
- Attention to Detail: The difference between doing the job well or just getting it done
- Problem-solver: Taking immediate action to solve issues ‘on the spot’
- Team Player: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer Skills: Experience with a POS system; Zenoti knowledge a plus
- Authenticity: Convey genuine enthusiasm
- Relationship-Building: Excel in building client relationships
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Display exemplary customer care & ability to translate to membership sales
- Reliability: On-time arrival every shift
Responsibilities:- Welcome, Empower, and Connect with Clients in order to meet our Daily Membership Goals
- Build Relationships: Provide excellent customer care to members and guests, while building long-term relationships with all clients
- Communicate effectively: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
- Be knowledgeable about products, services, and policies
