Job Description: Assistant Spa Manager

Hand & Stone is a national company specializing in massages and facials, with over 500 locations across the US and Canada. We are a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

We are seeking a passionate individual with excellent communication and customer care skills for our busy Bryn Mawr, PA, location. The Assistant Manager will welcome, empower, and connect with our clientele to provide an exceptional spa experience, ensuring our Members enjoy the best hour of their month, and encouraging new clients to join as members for their self-care routines.

The Assistant Manager will lead the Spa Ambassador Team to achieve sales goals and collaborate with the Spa Manager to uphold our Culture of Excellence.

This position includes evening shifts, Saturdays, and 2-3 daytime shifts, totaling 24-30 hours per week.

Qualifications & Traits:

• Commissioned Sales Experience is a MUST, preferably in a membership-based environment
• Excellent communication skills to provide professional and personable service
• Attention to detail to perform quality work
• Problem-solving skills for immediate issue resolution
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer proficiency, experience with POS systems, Zenoti knowledge a plus
• Genuine enthusiasm and authenticity
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Sales and customer engagement abilities to promote memberships
• Reliability and punctuality
