Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fort Lauderdale invites an energetic and reliable Assistant Spa Manager to help run daily operations, oversee the reception team, and drive member and service sales while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales and customer service, a proactive, self‑starter attitude, and a willingness to learn the wellness industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Overall Oversight and Management of Reception Team


• Achieve Membership, Service, and Product Sales Targets


• Development, Training, and Accountability for Reception Staff
