Qualifications

• Certificated Staff/Substitute Certificate is required.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rules, techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Head/Assistant Coach and other staff.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting daily practice.
• Support the development and implementation of game strategies.
• Provide individual and team coaching during practices and games.
• Foster a positive and encouraging team environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and equipment management.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
