Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey certification or Substitute Teacher certificate.
• Previous coaching experience at the high school level preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the sport, techniques, and training methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct practices; develop game strategies.
• Mentor student-athletes and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
• Attend all practices, games, meetings, and events as required.
• Assist in scouting opponents and preparing game plans.
• Uphold district and team policies and foster a positive team culture.
• Maintain records as requested by head coach or athletic director.
