Job summary

Fleming County High School in Flemingsburg, KY is seeking an Assistant Athletic Coach to support the head coach in all aspects of secondary athletics programs.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or working with students in extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist coaches in daily and long-range athletic activities.
• Assist coaches in planning the athletic program.
• Conduct learning experiences under the direction of head coaches with small groups of student athletes.
• Assist in guiding participants toward a harmonious team spirit.
• Provide escort and supervision to athletes during travel periods.
• Recommend equipment, supplies, and uniforms for health, safety and welfare of athletes.
• Attend trainings/meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by principal or head coach.
