The role emphasizes fostering a positive team culture, collaborating with the coaching staff, and assisting with scheduling and equipment management while ensuring student-athlete safety.

Qualifications

• Certificated Staff/Substitute Certificate is required.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rules, techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Head/Assistant Coach and other staff.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities
