Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study.
• Coaching experience at college/university or high school level, CC experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, teaching, and supervisory skills; leadership and professional conduct with student‑athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering all aspects of the program, including coaching, travel arrangements, equipment, supervising students, and monitoring academics.
• Familiarize and comply with College, Department, Regional, District, and NJCAA policies.
• Provide instruction and training to develop skills, techniques, and conditioning for safe competition.
• Provide on-site supervision during practice and games, including locker room supervision.
• Adhere to department policies and seek professional development through clinics and seminars.
• Support student‑athlete academic progress and scheduling around exams.
• Assist in recruiting new student‑athletes and participate in fundraising/promotion activities.
• Represent the College professionally with dignity, integrity, and ethical behavior.
