Responsibilities

• Have thorough knowledge of athletic policies and ensure implementation.
• Enforce district, state and conference regulations consistently.
• Follow proper administrative lines of command and refer student/parent requests through proper channels.
• Maintain discipline and work to increase morale and cooperation within the sports program.
• Monitor equipment rooms and coaches office; authorize entries.
• Supervise athletes to ensure they are in authorized areas at appropriate times.
• Inspect locker rooms and buses before/after practices and games; ensure cleanliness.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of sport equipment.
• Secure all doors, lights, and locks before leaving the building if custodians are not on duty.
