This position assists in the coordination of the HCC Softball program by performing all duties assigned by the Head Coach and Athletic Director to the best of their ability and in a professional manner.
Directly supervises students in the Softball program. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Head Coach's philosophy, organization's policies, and applicable laws.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Related experience and/or training desired. Computer experience desired.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of students, community members, and employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
