Job summary

Pintauro Construction Company, LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to support our Field Operations team in Lombard, IL. You will work onsite with seasoned superintendents on high-impact projects valued between $3M and $5M and mentor under a Lead Superintendent.

4+ years of experience and OSHA 30 certification are required. Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency, blueprint reading, and strong coordination skills are essential to keep projects on time, within budget, and to quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate on-site activities, including subcontractor scheduling and supervision.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce project specifications.
• Use Procore to track progress and maintain field reports.
• Participate in site inspections and subcontractor meetings.
• Assist in resolving field conflicts and corrective actions.
• Support material tracking, equipment usage, and site organization.

Key Responsibilities

• You will support daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Site Coordination: Assist in coordinating on-site activities, including subcontractor scheduling and task supervision.
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor and enforce job site safety regulations (OSHA) and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Documentation: Utilize Procore to track daily progress, maintain field reports, and manage job logs.
• Quality Control: Participate in site inspections, subcontractor meetings, and quality control checks.
• Problem Solving: Assist in resolving field conflicts and identifying areas needing correction.
• Logistics: Support material tracking, equipment usage, and jobsite organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision (preferably on $3M-$5M projects).
• Certifications: OSHA 30 certification required.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Education: Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred.
