Job summary

Flowtec Construction in Chicago, IL is seeking aSenior Superintendent to lead field operations on local commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to keep projects on schedule, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial/general contracting, strong leadership, scheduling and coordination abilities, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or ground-up construction projects.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
