Job summary

Pintauro Construction Company, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Site Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for residential and commercial renovation and new construction projects in Lombard, IL. This senior role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to plans and specifications.

You will manage multimillion-dollar budgets, supervise field teams, coordinate subcontractors and inspectors, uphold safety standards, and maintain thorough project logs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of verifiable construction supervision experience.
• Proven experience managing $5M–$20M projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience in multifamily construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site coordination and supervision for all phases of construction.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspections.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, plans, specs, and safety regulations.
• Ensure quality control, job site cleanliness, and safe working environments.
• Maintain daily logs, issue non-compliance notices, and coordinate inspections.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate field conflicts or deficiencies.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, walkthroughs, and punch list completion.
• Support project budgeting, bidding, material submittals, and permit processes.
• Hire sub-tier vendors and manage project startup and closure responsibilities.

This key leadership role is responsible for managing all on-site aspects of residential and commercial renovation and new construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications. We're looking for a proactive professional with strong construction knowledge, leadership capabilities, and proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects.

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred.
