Job summary

ModWash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations at a ModWash location and assist the general manager with site and team responsibilities. You will drive membership sales, educate guests on unlimited wash packages, and ensure an outstanding experience to grow the ModWash brand.

You will lead a fast-paced team, manage scheduling, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining the site’s appearance and equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Motivate and encourage your teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical job requirements: outdoor work, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction pre/post wash.
• Help achieve sales goals with the team.
• Manage opening/closing site responsibilities and cleanliness.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and safety.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance discussions.
