Job summary

ModWash is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Hinesville, GA to oversee daily site operations and support the general manager with team leadership. You will drive membership sales, educate customers on unlimited wash benefits, and ensure a legendary guest experience at every touchpoint.

You’ll lead a high-energy team, manage opening/closing tasks, maintain equipment, enforce safety, and help grow the ModWash brand while delivering outstanding service in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• A passion for serving others.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Motivate and encourage your teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash for 100% satisfaction.
• Assist in opening/closing site responsibilities and maintain site standards.
• Oversee equipment, safety, and inventory; manage team productivity and breaks.
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members.
• Complete administrative duties related to performance, calls, terminations, and promotions.
