Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet guests with a positive attitude.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and unlimited memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and memberships to fit their needs.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Handle opening/closing site duties and maintain site standards.
• Maintain equipment and assist with safety and productivity of staff.
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
