Job summary

ModWash in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, support the general manager, and drive membership sales while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead a team, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the site. This role requires an energetic, outgoing leader who can work evenings and weekends and engage customers with the value of unlimited wash memberships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
