Job summary

ModWash in Dover, Delaware seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily site operations and support the GM in leading a fast-paced team. You will drive membership sales, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and maintain clean, safe facilities.

You’ll train and motivate staff, manage inventory and schedules, and help grow the ModWash brand through excellent service and teamwork. This full-time role requires flexibility, outdoor work, and strong communication.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
