Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring understanding of company values, site procedures, and role expectations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them improve and succeed.
• Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair workload.
• Promote a positive team culture by recognizing achievements, encouraging collaboration, and addressing conflicts promptly.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and engagement.
• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued at every visit.
• Answer questions about services, memberships, and promotions clearly and courteously.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor site for opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the Site Leader.
• Check equipment daily for proper functionality and report issues to the Site Leader.
• Support site safety by following protocols and helping maintain safe work practices.
• Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance to uphold quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to the Site Leader.
• Help identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Promote upselling other services or products to help achieve site sales goals.
• Respond to customer concerns and questions, escalating to the Site Leader when necessary.
• Identify operational issues and suggest practical solutions to maintain smooth site operations.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve site performance.
