Job summary

ModWash seeks an Assistant General Manager to run daily operations at a location. You will lead a team, drive membership sales, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

You will educate guests on unlimited wash memberships, train staff, manage inventory and ensure safety, while supporting the GM and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
