Qualifications

• Sales experience required for driving re memberships and washes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales momentum through staff training and goal setting.
• Maintain and service all equipment, including the lot and tunnel.
• Ensure site cleanliness, including offices and restrooms, and supervise cleaning.
• Train new staff and retrain existing staff.
• Manage staff schedules based on weather and demand.
• Interact with customers and handle inquiries.
• Perform detailing tasks as needed.
• Address damage claims and other duties as required.
