BLISS Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in California to lead daily operations and drive sales while delivering a high-energy guest experience. The role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on operations with a focus on customer service and team performance.

You will manage staff, ensure safety and quality, and coach for results, with a $750 sign-on bonus and hourly pay plus commission as part of the compensation package.

$17.00 - $20.00/hour + Commission

YOUR ROLE (Leadership + Operations + Sales):

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members.

• Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.)
• Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Fast-paced and active environment.
• Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
• Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate car wash equipment as needed.
