BLISS Car Wash in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and deliver a high-energy guest experience. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, safety, and daily site management to ensure smooth performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Deliver a fast, friendly high-energy guest experience.
• Train on product knowledge.
• Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site.
• Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations.
• Step in and lead the site in the Manager's absence.
• Identify issues quickly and take action.
• Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.)
• Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Fast-paced and active environment.
• Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
• Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate car wash equipment as needed.
