Job summary

BLISS Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach frontline staff, and ensure a fast, friendly guest experience while driving performance and sales.

You will receive $18–$22/hour plus commission, a $750 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities within BLISS. Flexible scheduling and weekly car washes are provided.

YOUR ROLE (Leadership + Operations + Sales)

As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team.

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience.
• Train on product knowledge.
• Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site.
• Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations.
• Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence.
• Identify issues quickly and take action.
• Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc).
• Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Fast-paced and active environment.
• Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
• Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate car wash equipment as needed.
